The subject of this opinion is the POLAR POWER magnetic biostimulator distributed by ‘T.R.K. Global Enterprises’ (previously F.P.H. BioKent) Kęty, 138 Kościuszki Street. The device with dimensions of 15 x 10.3 x 1.5cm (size of half a page from an exercise book) is made of special magnetic material sinter and generates a specifically selected and formed magnetic field of constant nature, which from the green side of the device surface with an inscription of ‘North Pole’ has a negative pole. The curative and stimulating properties of the biostimulator result from the fact harmoniously regulate metabolic processes in cells, stabilising processes of transport through their cell membranes. Through increasing the biological activity of leucocytes the magnetic field increases also the organism immunity.

1. The biostimulator can be applied in the treatment of various diseases and ailments. By applying biotherapeutic methods and radiesthetic measurements I found that the scope of its curative applications includes:

2. A result of the positive action of the POLAR POWER magnetic biostimulator can be compared to the action of other devices providing treatment with the magnetotherapy method;

It serves also to neutralise the harmful geopathic radiation and that of the geobiological network and to neutralise the harmful impact of underflows and water veins, e.g.: it reduces the action of one of the strongest 10° water vein into the action of 3° water vein, i.e. to the level basically harmless to the human health.
The device neutralises also the harmful radiesthetic radiation – microvibrations of the grey colour (negative green) of household electric appliances such as TV sets, tape recorders, radio sets, computer monitors, satellite dishes, washing machines, refrigerators, microwave ovens, electric floor heating, etc.
By applying a biophysical method with the use of a pendulum I found that the biostimulator neutralised the action of the aforementioned harmful radiesthetic effects in the area within a 13-metre radius horizontally and 2.5m vertically as well as 3m below the surface of the device mounting with the green side up, in any position, irrespective of the directions of the world.
In practice it is recommended to use the device effectively within a 7-metre radius because over this distance the neutralising action is decreasing up to the distance of 13 m. Therefore if the biostimulator is not used for health purposes it can be mounted (placed on the floor with the green side up) in the middle of a flat; however, it should be remembered not to place it closer than 2 m from a computer monitor, TV set or video because then it may affect their functioning. The same distance should be maintained with reference to tape or video cassettes and other magnetic cards the magnetic carrier of which can be demagnetised. Since the most effective action of the device is noticeable within a 7-metre radius, it gives an area neutralising the harmful radiesthetic effects of about 150 m2, i.e. the area of a big flat or a medium-size house. A big advantage of the biostimulator is that it practically does not wear out and is highly resistant to mechanical damages. It results from the fact that a special metal sinter is set in a casing made of highly resistant and hard plastic. The biostimulator can be also used to neutralise harmful radiesthetic effects (related to e.g. wire or overhead high voltage lines crossing a plot of land, adjacent transformer stations or present underflows and water veins, particularly if it the plot with an area for cultivation, fruit culture or stock-breeding.

4. The POLAR POWER biostimulator placed with its green side (negative pole) up generates within a 1.5-metre radius a so-called quasi-power space (zone of beneficial impact on health and mood of the human) through the emission of positive radiesthetic radiation – microvibrations of ultraviolet colour from the negative pole.

5. The device is perfect also for magnetising liquids and food, e.g.:

• a glass of any liquid (milk, water, juice, etc.) placed on the green side of the biostimulator gains already within 5 minutes very beneficial health properties, whereas solid food (e.g. fruits, bread, vegetables, etc.) placed on the green side on a ceramic or glass plate (but not on a metal one) is sufficiently magnetised after 8 minutes.
• • while observing the above rules it is also possible to magnetise with the biostimulator both liquid and solid medicines as well as herbs in the form of infusions, extracts, tinctures, etc.

6. The biostimulator generates within a 30-centimetre radius a zone of negative ionisation in the air. Therefore it may play a role of a small air ioniser.

7. It does not emit a radioactive radiation. Therefore in this aspect it is completely safe. The biostimulator has also other beneficial properties but their exact specification requires further tests.

T.R.K. "Global Enterprises" (previously F.P.H. BioKent) submitted the ‘Polar Power’ magnetic biostimulator to the radiesthetic assessment. It is a plate with dimensions of 15x10.3x1.5cm, there is an inscription ‘North Pole’ on its upper green surface indicating that this plate side generates a negative magnetic field. The enclosed technical description says that Polar Power is made of a special material with a constant magnetic field the power of which amounts to 3,950 gausses.

The subject of the biostimulator assessment was to check its application to the neutralisation of the harmful geopathic radiation (including underflows), radiation of electric devices (computers, colour TV sets, satellite dishes, electric floor heating, etc.) and of the geobiological network.

I took the measurements of microvibrations (colours) within the scope of ‘electric’, ‘magnetic’ and ‘electromagnetic’ radiations applying a biophysical method with the use of a universal pendulum (Baja) whereas of the geobiological network also with the use of the Avril’s apparatus.

The measurement results authorise to state that the Polar Power biostimulator can be applied to neutralise the harmful radiesthetic radiation emitted by the aforementioned sources. The properly adjusted biostimulator neutralises the harmful microvibrations of the grey colour (negative green) within the scope of both ‘electric’ and ‘electromagnetic’ radiations. It neutralises also the geobiological network.
